Bright apartment in the sought after area of Jewellery Quarter – Birmingham. The apartment is situated right in the centre of Jewellery Quarter, within a short walk of Business District. You can really unwind after a busy day in this quiet apartment, with all the convince of the city on your doorstep.

The space
The open plan living/ kitchen/ dining is a bright and airy space to cook, eat or relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard equipment, including fridge-freezer, microwave, hob, oven, and washing machine. The living/ dining space has a sofa-bed, 55″ 4k TV and 4-seater dining table and is the perfect space to relax after a long day. There is a large fully opening window in the lounge area creating a bright living space, being in such a quiet location, the window can be left open and you wouldn’t know you were so close to the hustle and bustle of the City.

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and large wardrobe space and comes with hotel standard linen and towels.

The modern bathroom has full sized bath and shower complimentary toiletries.

There is a dedicated office space with a desk and chair for working from home with no distractions and wi-fi access to all rooms.

The Smart TV in the living area supports all streaming services and is set up to the wifi ready for you to log in and relax after a long day.

Guest access
Access for guests is to the entire apartment.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

ENERGY USAGE – Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
