Recently redecorated with vintage midcentury furniture, homely feel ground floor and basement level maisonette with a small patio garden and BBQ.
The house was originally built as a cobbler’s and was one of the first buildings on the hill. This unique property is conveniently located close to central Brighton for a perfect getaway in the city by the sea! It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need to whip up a delicious meal, a warm and inviting living area with a flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed to relax in the evenings, two bright and airy bedrooms with a double bed each, fitted with high quality linen for an extra luxury touch and a family bathroom that comes plush towels as well as hotel-sized toiletries.
