We often get feedback from guests that the cleaning fee is to high, however guests should know the cleaning fee is made up of a split between linen hire 60% and 40% paid directly to the service provider cleaner. Therefore, if you do the math the cleaners are not paid exorbitant amounts of money to do a very important and hard job. Please take this into consideration when booking or especially when asking for compensation. We don’t want to take money away from cleaners in these difficult times unless there is a legitimate cleaning complaint.
