The space
This one bedroom cosy studio apartment is a great place to rest after a busy day in the City. The main space is bright and open with large windows to let in the light during the day. The modern kitchen has everything you need to cook a home cooked meal including an oven, hob and microwave.

From an open and bright living space the room transforms into a cosy bedroom, with black out blinds for the windows and hotel quality linen provided for you to make up the sofa bed.

There is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink and it fully stocked with complimentary toiletries.

The apartment block is just a stones throw away from Jewellery Quarter, Business District and Birmingham City Centre.

There is a communal laundry room in the building which you will have access too throughout your stay.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment

Other things to note
The apartment has a sofa bed which guests will have to make up themselves with the hotel quality linen provided.

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

ENERGY USAGE – Please be responsible with energy usage during the colder months. Any excess usage will be charged back to the guest. If the heating is left on when you check out, there will be a £75 charge so please make sure it is switched off on exit.
