The space
This beautiful high-end apartment has all the furnishings and fixtures for a stay away from home. Set over 2 floors, the ground floor is host to an open plan living space. The beautiful kitchen has fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as appliances for a comfortable stay. There are 2 comfortable sofas for relaxing or watching TV, and a dining area with table to seat 4. High ceilings give the space an open and airy feel, and are flooded with natural light from the original sash windows. Off the hallway there is a WC with toilet and sink.

Upstairs there is a modern bathroom with full sized, roll-top bath, heated towel rail and complimentary toiletries. The master bedroom has a double bed, a walk in wardrobe, and storage. The second bedroom has a double bed with storage.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as a communal outside terrace space for warmer evenings.

Royal Sutton Coldfield town centre is a mere 5 minutes walk away, home to a host of shops, and a vibrant dining scene in the restaurant quarter. Birmingham City Centre is a little over 7.5 miles away, accessible within 20 minutes by car, or by train from the train station in the town centre.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
