My property has an amazing location right in the heart of Brighton where you can experience the best of both worlds: the bustling city centre is a stroll away, whilst you get to enjoy the residential area and its undeniable charm. A short 1 minute walk to the beach, the apartment is designed with comfort in mind, so you can enjoy a relaxing stay whilst looking out a beautifully set window this after a long day of exploring everything that Brighton has to offer.
The space
This modern flat boast a living room with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and a designated working desk or dinning room for eating. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up meals if you prefer to stay in and cook, however there is plenty of fabulous eateries nearby. The master bedroom is bright and airy, featuring a queen bed fitted with high quality linen for an extra touch of luxury. The bathroom has a shower over bath and comes with plush towels and hotel sized toiletries. The flat has a Sea-View Balcony with chairs. It is the perfect place to spend some quality time in the city by the sea!

Please note that if the keys are lost, a £100 charge will occur. If the keys are locked in the property instead of the key safe upon checkout (or if you locked yourself out), a £50 charge will occur.
