Stay on the fringes of the city centre and discover for yourself what makes this city so cool! Refurbed with free on street parking, plush furnishings and everything else you could need for a comfortable stay, our 2BR townhouse is located just off Lisburn Road. This means you can enjoy all the eclectic eateries, coffee shops and bars of this great area whilst being just 10 MINUTES by foot from the city centre and many major tourist attractions. Work, pleasure or both? We have you covered!

The space
Our house is located in a great area of the city. It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city’s attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk. Botanic Park is quite close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll. We are also right beside the City Hospital (couple of minutes walk) and Boucher Road (massive shopping area) is just down the road!

The house has been uniquely refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flat screen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy around the beautiful reclaimed-wood dining table in separate dining room, take a long hot shower in the brand new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on one of the very soft double beds. In addition, our house also benefits from free on street parking on this street and any adjoining one.

Guest access
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don’t worry if you get held up!) and free on street parking is available just outside the house

Other things to note
A 5th guest is accommodated on a small sofa bed in the main bedroom. This actually folds out onto the floor so it is not a raised sofa bed. It is fine for a few nights but it is not really recommended for use during longer stays.

Supermarkets
Eurospar on Donegall Road is just 2 – 3 minutes walk away. It is great and will have pretty much anything you are looking for.

Local Restaurants
Local Restaurants The Lisburn Road has many excellent restaurants and bars! Best Value – Ryan’s Best indian – Bengal Brasserie Best Pizza – Little Wing Special Occasion – Shu Enjoy! Laverys at Shaftesbury Square is a huge multi-bar complex which serves great pub grub and has fantastic choice of beers.

Local Attractions
The National Stadium (Windsor Park) hosts Northern Ireland and Linfield football matches. Queen’s University is a beautiful building and is a short walking distance as is the neighbouring Botanic Gardens. It is a pretty easy walk into the centre of Belfast and from there you can jump on a bus tour to explore all or any of NI’s attractions!

Trains
City hospital Train Station – 5 minute walk.

Buses
Egeria Street bus stop right outside door. Any number 9 bus will take you to city centre
