The space
This 2 bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Birmingham City Centre, ideal for exploring the city. The property is light and airy with a large, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for family or friends staying here together. The kitchen is equipped with oven and hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, as well as all of the traditional household appliances for a comfortable stay. For entertainment there is a large television, with surround sound and a Roku, and Wi-Fi throughout.
There are two bedrooms in the apartments, both have double beds and storage, the main bedroom features an en-suite with shower, and the second bedroom has a desk for comfortably working away from home. The large family bathroom has a full sized bath, heated towel rail and complementary toiletries.
The apartment is in a great location to explore all that Birmingham has to offer, only a short walk to the Bullring, City Centre and Mailbox for shopping and dining.

Other things to note
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
