The space
My charming and peaceful apartment has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard and freshly decorated in white and pastel shades. It is bright and the perfect place for up to four guests seeking a weekend seaside getaway or longer stays. There’s a charming living room with a dining area and feature fireplace, a brand new separate kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. There are beautiful views of the surrounding gardens and mews. There is also one free parking space, in the mews, with the residents parking permit provided.

This bright and stylish apartment is located in a quiet, historic cobbled mews, with a real artisan, community feel. It’s 15 mins walk from the beautiful beach and within easy walking distance of Hove station. It’s perfectly located and feels like a haven even though it’s only 10 mins walk away from Church Road with its stunning restaurants, cocktail bars and shops. Access is via a front door from the street and is shared with the neighboring apartment.

Coming in through the front door, brings you into a small entrance hallway. This leads through to the light filled lounge, bathed in sunshine from the window overlooking the mews. There are two stylish comfortable sofas for relaxing and watching the wall mounted smart TV and an original cast iron fireplace with electric fire. An extendable dining table with four wooden dining chairs provides the perfect space to enjoy a delicious meal or relax with a morning coffee and plan your day.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals and breakfasts. Here you will have use of an electric hob and oven, a kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer and washing machine.

There will be some complimentary tea/coffee in my apartment (sorry, no coffee machine). I hope this will be useful for those arriving after a long journey! If you wish to purchase more supplies for your stay there are many local supermarkets within a 10 minute walk.

The peaceful master bedroom has a window overlooking the surrounding beautiful gardens. It has a traditional metal double bed, bedside tables, bedside lamps, a long mirror, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe for your clothes.

The second double bedroom is a charming room, with garden views and is perfect for a restful night’s sleep. It has a traditional metal double bed, a bedside table and lamp and a wooden hanging rail for your clothes.

The bathroom consists of a bath with a shower over, a sink and a toilet. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (hand towel and bath towel per person) as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

PARKING
There is one free parking space outside of the property, in the mews. Please display the parking permit provided, on your dashboard. Please also be aware that parking is on a first come, first served basis.
Paid on street parking is also available in the surrounding streets. This is through the Paybyphone App. The chargeable hours are 9am to 8pm.
Norton Road multi-storey car park is about 7 mins away – It is a 24-hour car park but only charges between 08:00 and 20:00. The charge for this currently stands at £8 and can be ‘topped up’ via the PayByPhone app – so no need to physically go to the carpark.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £50 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message before hand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).

Noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-9am. If we have complaints from neighbors you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
