Wonderful 3BR apartment in a really lovely area of Belfast and on the doorstep of many amenities. Staying here you will find yourself just 25 min walk/9 min bus ride from the city centre and right next to the award winning Ormeau Park – perfect for a morning or evening stroll. The upmarket development is popular with young professionals and families which provides a nice, relaxing atmosphere for your stay. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has all mod-cons needed for a great stay!

The space
The apartment itself is a self contained apartment in a superb location and comes with free parking. All bedrooms have double beds with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!

The bathroom has been stylishly redecorated and we supply shower gel, conditioner and body wash.
Unique feature – a small balcony accessed via the living room.
Parking is free.

The Area
We are located on the Ravenhill Road and a 5 minute walk from a supermarket that sells all essentials. A 10 minute walk through one of the most beautiful parks in the country will take you to the thriving Ormeau Road where you will not be short of places to eat, drink and have fun. You are also an 8 minute bus ride / 5 minute drive to the city centre. Being such a small city, everywhere is also pretty much walkable so make sure to take your time and get to really know the city by walking through all the neighborhoods to get from A to B. Northern Irish people are very friendly and will be happy to help you out if you need directions or advice!

Ormeau Golf Club is located about 500 meters from the apartment. It is a public parkland course and costs around £12 for nine holes. It is a wonderful course that is very welcoming to guests and also boasts a nice bar and restaurant.

Cleaning
To put your mind at ease, our apartment is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast.

Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don’t worry if you get held up!

Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm but please reach out 24 hours before and we will try to accommodate an early check in if possible (late checkouts are not possible).

Guest access
Guests can access the entire apartment.

Other things to note
**Please note this house is not for parties and no extra guests should be present in the house at any time without prior permission. This is a residential area and we have to be firm on this point – anyone breaking this rule will have their stay cancelled immediately without refund.

We love our community and will tolerate any behavior that impacts our neighbors right to peaceful enjoyment of this area**

There is a SPAR and petrol station within a two minute walk from the apartment, on the main Ravenhill Road.

Local Restaurants
The closest restaurants are a 10 minute walk away on Woodstock Road – Indian, Thai and Italian food. However, a 15 minute walk away are the best options, on the Ormeau Road – bars (Errigle Inn, The Pavilion), cafes (District, Kaffe O), restaurants (The General Merchants, Gaze, Macau BYO, Greens Pizza, La Taqueria, Bengal Brasserie, Shed Bistro).

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible.
