Our beautiful 1600sq house has a modern and luxurious living space with all the amenities you need to just check-in and relax. Fast WiFi, a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, very comfortable beds, instant heating, constant hot shower, and it is only minutes away from all famous London attractions such as Paddington and Regents Canal
The space
Welcome to my home and welcome to this amazing city!
This is a beautifully three story-house. The design scheme is fresh and modern. The house has a bright plan, dining and kitchen area in the basement which is perfect if you plan to cook and like having company!
There is a comfy sofa in the living area and an additional armchair for guests to use where you can put your feet up in the evenings, kick back and relax! Also a dedicated workspace if you need to do some work.
The kitchen will have everything you need in it such as all the basic condiments.
Guest can also find a toaster, coffee maker and kettle, microwave, that you might expect. We really want to ensure that you have a comfortable stay here in London!
There is a double bedroom with a very comfy mattress and plenty of storage space for guests to store all belongings and hang your clothes on the ground floor, with access to a separate shower and WC.
The second floor has contain two bedrooms – one of each is a king-sized bedroom, and the other one is a double bedroom. The second bathroom is also located on the second floor where guests can find both walking-shower and a bathtub.
Our property is cleaned before your arrival and is fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves
Other things to note
– Please keep the mattress covers on the mattresses.
– The light in the master bedroom is switched on using the black switch on the floor. No need to touch switch on the wall.
– Please use light switch under tv for dining room light.
-Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
– Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them
-The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
– The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
– The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
-Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
-We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
-Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
