Superbly located for a short trip into town, this exquisite, spacious 1-bed London flat is set within a boutique development just a 4min walk to Zone2 Queens Road Station,from which travel to London Bridge in just 8 mins.

Peckham is home to an abundance of bars and restaurants and is one of the most cosmopolitan parts of London.

Arranged on one floor this stylish, light-filled and comfortable flat is a perfect retreat. The living room sofa converts to a sofa bed for up to 2 additional guests.
The space
Peckham is a wonderful area of SE15, South East London. the neighbourhood has a relaxed feel with tons of great restaurants and galleries. The flat is on the edge of bustling Queens Road with its array of restaurants and bars to suit all tastes within walking distance.

The flat is a large 1-bed flat on the third floor of a boutique development.

On entering the living space, along the hallway is the modern, light-filled bedroom at the end of the corridor. The bedroom is perfectly located at the back of the property, overlooking Carlton Grove with views of the period properties along Queens Road. There is a comfortable King sized bed, bedside tables and bedside lamps. There is a wonderfully sized fitted wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors, for guest belongings.

Along the hallway is the spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower over bath, basin, WC and towel rail. There is some surface space for toiletries and belongings next to the basin.

On the opposite side of the hallway is the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area. There is a fully integrated kitchen with all appliances and conveniences. There is a Nespresso Vertuo coffee pod machine to enjoy, with some pods available. The kitchen leads onto the bright living room/dining room area with a large wooden dining table that comfortably seats 4 people, with a wooden bench on one side and 2 padded fabric chairs to the opposite side. There is a comfortable sofa with cushions where guests can relax reading or watching TV. The sofa also converts into a sofa bed (double bed).

GUESTS NEED TO SPECIFY AT BOOKING WHETHER THE SOFA BED IS NEEDED. IF WE ARE INFORMED MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE GUESTS ARRIVES THEN WE CAN ARRANGE FOR THE LINEN TO BE PUT ON THE PILLOWS AND DUVET (FOR THE SOFA BED). The sofa bed linen will then be stored in the Bedroom wardrobe within grey storage bags.

IF THE BOOKING IS LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE GUEST ARRIVES THE GUEST WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING THE LINEN ON THE DUVET AND THE PILLOWS (FOR THE SOFA BED)

The living room/dining room benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows with natural light pouring in. One of these windows is a door that opens outwards to a private balcony area – with 2 wooden chairs and a small wooden table for guests to enjoy some outdoor space.

Guests will have access to the entire flat during their stay. I won’t be around in person during your stay, however, a remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. My property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should guests need any assistance before, during or after their stay.

The flat is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and shower towel to use for the stay.

There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during guest stays are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there are various convenience stores and supermarkets locally including a Sainsburys supermarket which is 30 seconds walk away.

The flat is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.

There is some free parking on side streets and some paid parking in adjoining roads. Please note that parking spaces are subject to availiability. Please read road signs for details of parking restrictions/payment instructions. Please do not park on the double yellow or red lines at the front of the property as guests may receive a parking fine.

Please note that personal log-ins are required for the Smart TV Apps.

For guest and building safety there is 24-hour CCTV at the entrance of the building.

Guests will have full access to the whole property aside from some areas at the top of the wardrobe used for the owner’s belongings.

However, there is still plenty of storage space for guest belongings.

At the present time the lift is out of order therefore there are 3 flights of stairs to climb

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      Bis auf diese Ausnahme sehr gut, frage mich, Hotline müsste besser reagieren. Für uns war die Lage perfekt, um die Ecke von unserem Sohn &Familie, nahe an ÖV, Restaurants, Food shops. Grosszügige helle Wohnung, recht viel Platz, gut ausgerüstete Küche.. Wir hatten ein schrilles pfeifendes Geräusch alle 30 Sekunden, haben hotline angerufen, die wollten sich zurückmelden (Vermutung war Batterie Feuermelder, was auch stimmte, nur haben wir das Gerät/Geräusch nicht lokalisieren können) es hat sich niemand von der Hotline zurückgemeldet, per sms auch nicht, und andere SMS sind automatisierte chatbots. Wir haben dann den Feuermelder selber gefunden, Deaktivierung recht knifflig ... Read full reviewClose
