The space
I look forward to hosting guests in my bright and stylishly designed apartment and I hope it will be the start of a memorable trip to Lincoln.

The apartment is bright and modern with king-sized beds. The ensuite boasts a luxurious shower and complimentary toiletries. The lounge/kitchen is open-plan and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

There is simple keyless entry and all the conveniences a self-contained apartment should have.

When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee, and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
