The space
I personally travel quite a lot for work and during the times I am away, our home is can hopefully be your home away from home.

Our home offers contemporary comfort with three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, accommodating up to six guests, and 2.5 bathrooms ensuring ample convenience.
There is a good sized rear garden and a driveway that fits up to three cars, plus additional free parking in common areas for guests with multiple vehicles.
The house is equipped with essential amenities or a comfortable stay, a week appointed kitchen diner where you can cook up a feast.
The well-appointed kitchen features modern appliances such as a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher, along with a coffee maker for your morning brew and a security alarm under the staircase.
Each bedroom has ample storage solutions, with the main and second bedrooms offering fitted wardrobes, and the third bedroom having separate wardrobes. The location is highly attractive, just over a mile from the beach, perfect for coastal activities, and only a 15-minute walk to local shops, including a Co-op, making it convenient to stock up on supplies.
The proximity to the beach and local amenities ensures guests have easy access to everything they need without long travel times. This house, with its spacious layout, comprehensive range of amenities, and prime location near the beach and shops, is ideal for families or groups of up to six guests seeking a blend of modern comfort and convenience.

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.
We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
