The space
This is a stylish and modern townhouse located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood on the edge of central Cambridge, just off Newmarket Road and the A14. It is the perfect place for a group of up to 4 people looking to explore, work or study with everything needed a short walk away or a 10 minute drive into the city centre. There is free parking on the driveway in front of the house and an EV charger connected that is free to use during your stay.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed, Ensuite with walk-in shower, built in wardrobe and drawers.
Second Bedroom: 1 x King Size Bed
Main bathroom with own bath and shower next to Second Bedroom.
Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and complimentary toiletries are provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Well appointed open plan living/dining area with a large 60 inch flat screen Smart TV with all your favourite streaming channels installed – Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and Disney Plus. Your own private garden and a patio area with seating. There is also a workdesk with a monitor to work from home and a super fast wifi connection over 500Mbps.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and fully equipped for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, kettle and a DeLonghi coffee machine. There is also a washer/dryer available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is free parking on the driveway in front of the house and an EV charger connected to the house that is free for guests to use during their stay. On street parking is also free for guests nearby if you have more than one car.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Situated just off Newmarket Road and the A14 in a new development, it is a 10 minute drive into the city centre and 15 minutes to Cambridge train station. There is a local café, Co-op and M&S Food supermarkets, a short 5 minute walk from your doorstep.
It is a short walk to Newmarket Road for local bus stops and the Park and Ride, taking you into the city centre and to Cambridge train station. Addenbrookes hospital and the Biomedical Campus are 15 mins drive. To the Cambridge Science Park and Business Park it is a 10 minute drive.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.
We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.
Other things to note
– We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
– Smoking in the property is strictly prohibited.
– Extra guests are not allowed.
– Superfast Wifi up to 50 Mb
– Pets are not allowed
– Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
– Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall on shoe rack.
– We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there are nearby supermarkets minutes away.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
