Relax and unwind in this charming static on a beautiful country park near Moffat.

With open plan sitting, dining and kitchen there is plenty of space for up to 6 guests.

The master double bedroom has an en-suite cloakroom with an additional two twin bedrooms and main bathroom with good size shower.

Moffat Country Park has wonderful views to the surrounding countryside and is fantastic for those looking for hiking or cycling.

The holiday home is situated in a great spot within the park with views across.

A spacious open plan sitting, dining & kitchen area mean meal preparation is a social event and with the fully equipped kitchen cooking a light lunch or full evening meal is a breeze!

There are 3 cheerfully presented bedrooms, a double and two twin rooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite cloakroom for convenience.

The holiday park itself has it’s own large Loch which is perfect for fishing enthusiasts, stocked with Rainbow Trout the Loch is free of charge to fish on a catch and return basis.
The grounds are large and great for exploring with woodland walks and plenty of space to run around, children will be excited to ramble and is the perfect setting to make great family memories.

Only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful town of Moffat, here you will find lots of independent retailers, restaurants and plenty of activities.
If you love to walk or are a nature lover, visit the Grey Mare’s Tail where you will find incredible views, Lochs and one of the highest waterfalls in the UK.

There is on site parking for 2 cars.

Guests will have access to the entire property.

Please note:- An additional £30 total charge for pets (up to 2 well behaved) will apply, please advise at time of booking if bringing along your furry friends. Cats are not permitted in the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
