Kick back and relax in this stylish apartment that is situated only a five minute walk from Southend High Street. There is a local theatre, amusement park, shops, bars and restaurants, as well as many other amenities that Southend has to offer. This home is fully self contained and offers excellent Wi-Fi with speeds of between 80-100 MBPS
The space
The flat is self contained with bath, shower, bedroom, kitchen and lounge. Quirky and different with artistic effects on wall, a peaceful place to chill
Television has Amazon FireStick installed with everything from Netflix to Live TV.
Alexa and fibre WIFI with excellent speeds for all music and streaming needs too
Fully stocked essentials, utensils and modern coffee machine with milk frothing machine and coffee pods as standard
Several fresh blankets, candles and charcuterie supplies along with books and board games
Guest access
Guest access is exclusively the third floor with a communal staircase. Guests are able to enjoy the garden with prior communication.
Third floor is self contained with views to the garden and uninterrupted peace of mind.
There is free parking in the road from 6pm till 9am the next morning. If you need one you can ask us for a resident parking ticket after your first night here.
Other things to note
Access to the flat is through communal staircase leading to private flat on the top floor of large Victorian house. The flat has all facilities including a top of the range Samsung eco washing machine, oven and fridge freezer.

Important: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.
The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
