Enjoy a lovely holiday at this centrally located, recently renovated house. This stylish house has been recently redecorated. With its own entrance and gorgeous private garden. All mod cons, to a really high standard. It comfortably sleeps six, with a king and two double beds upstairs. Downstairs is a toilet, and a sperate dining room. The kitchen has every amenity you can think of to ensure the perfect home away from home experience.

The space
As you enter the stylishly decorated home, the dining room is on your left, and a lovely spacious and tastefully decorated lounge area is welcomes you. With an open-plan lounge and kitchen area for the perfect family getaway. Double doors take you to the private garden.

Upstairs comfortable mattresses with hotel-style linen for the king and 2 x double beds. Hotel-style toiletries for the bathroom.

Guest access
Guests will have 24 hour access via a keysafe, and the garden is private

Other things to note
Parking is on-street, and can be tricky. There is a train line at the back of the garden.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
