The space
I’m very excited to welcome guests to my spacious house which I hope will be the beginning of a memorable stay in Newcastle. My house forms part of a residential area to the west of Newcastle City Centre. I hope to have created a space that guests find welcoming and relaxing with ample seating areas and kitchen space for groups of friends or families to enjoy.

My property comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The house has 4 bedrooms (1 Double bed, 2 small double beds and 2 single Beds).

Ground Floor
You will enter the property through what is traditionally is the rear sliding door of the property but is the best place to park and unload any belongings you may have and where the keysafe is located. The sliding doors leads you into the kitchen of the property, to the left you will find the dining area and the front living room. There is a second door you can use to access the property this opens out onto a pedestrianised street. There is a downstairs toilet and ample space to store belongings under the stairs.

First Floor
Upstairs you will fine 4 bedrooms all generously sized with ample storage space for belongings. There is also a walk in wardrobe available for you to use in one of the bedrooms. The main bathroom is also found on the first floor available with a shower cubicle only.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property. All areas are yours to use. The property is accessed via an external key safe at the rear of the property. There is a small drive area big enough for 1 car only at the back of the property where the keysafe is located.

Other things to note
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a local convenience stores nearby and plenty of shops in Newcastle City centre.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
