The space
The space is tastefully decorated, comfortable, and welcoming, with everything you need to enjoy a get-together over Christmas and New Year, complete with Xmas tree, decorations, and complimentary M&S Xmas crackers!
Ground Floor:
The sitting room has its original features with a large bay window, mood lighting, and two large three-seater sofas for guests to enjoy cozy nights in.
There is a large smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Disney.
The open-plan kitchen/diner in the courtyard is a lovely space with a table that seats 8 and two further sofas to hang out.
The kitchen is fully equipped for home dining with Microwave, Air Dryer, and all the Utilities, Pots, Pans, and Baking Trays to cook a big bird on Christmas Day.
First Floor:
The main bedroom is spacious with a large bay window, a Super King bed with TV, hanging space, and a top drawer for guest storage
The second bedroom is a double, with a double bed, wardrobe hanging space, a top drawer for guest storage, and an electronic keyboard
The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet, basin, and towel rail
Second Floor:
The third bedroom at the top of the stairs is a good-sized room with a single bed, a pull-out mattress, wardrobe space, and a top drawer for guest storage
The fourth bedroom has a single bed, a pull-out single mattress, a desk, hanging space, and a top drawer for guest storage
The second bathroom has a power shower, toilet, sink & towel rail
Working from home:
If guests need to work whilst here, there is an office space in the second bedroom
Garden:
The garden has some outdoor seating areas for when the weather is good.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Tesco Express a few minutes walk away.
The house is a family home which does require a lick of paint in areas and the current price reflects this.
Guest access
The house comes with on-road parking directly outside which is free after midday.
The surrounding roads are under a permit scheme, whereby only permit holders are permitted to park 11 am – 12noon and 6 – 7 pm from Mon-Fri but free all other times of the day and free on weekends ( permits can be provided for mid-long term guests staying more than 3 nights)

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
