My home is a beautiful modern cottage-style house only a few minutes walk from the centre of historic Malmesbury, a lovely town on the edge of the Cotswolds. Decorated in a Skandi-Boho inspired style throughout the property, comfortably sleeps 4 with two king size bedrooms, two bathrooms. There is a separate office with a single sofa-bed, which can be used for a 5th guest; please note on request only.
There is a private garden and free parking for 1 car.
The space
My amazing home is a fantastic base for family and friends from which to experience Malmesbury and explore the wider Cotswolds, that is right on your doorstep!
The property spans three floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The property has been furnished in a Skandi-Boho inspired style, making the house a wonderful place to stay!
The downstairs layout has a wonderful open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, gas hob, microwave and coffee machine.
You will find a cosy log burner in the living area, as well as comfy sofas and Smart TV.
My home also has a private garden with garden furniture for outdoor dining, including BBQ; a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring!
The first floor has the master bedroom with a king size bed, main bathroom with bath and shower. There’s also an office with a dedicated workspace, with a single sofa-bed that can sleep a 5th guest. PLEASE NOTE, this is on request only to enable us to provide the bedding.
On the top floor is a 2nd bedroom with king size bed and a separate shower room. Please note: This king size bed can be split into twins (2 single beds) on request at time of booking.
All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
We welcome well behaved pets on request only. Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to bring pets so we can check if they are suitable for the property. There is an additional fee of £30 per pet.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden.

Getting around
A free parking space is available in front of the house. Additional free parking is available across the street in the leisure center park, less than 100 meters from the property.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. I enjoy the variety the Cotswolds has on offer, from spending time in picture postcard villages such as Bibury or Bourton-on-the-Water, walks through some of the most beautiful countryside in the land, to open-water swimming or paddle-boarding down at the Cotswold Lakes. It’s no surprise that the Cotswolds is such a popular all year round holiday destination, and as the owner of properties rented on Airbnb for a number of years, I know exactly what it takes to be successful from both the host and guest perspective!
