About this space
This luxury modern house has been finished to a top quality standard and provides spacious, self-contained accommodation, ideal for a family or group.

The open plan kitchen/living area with ‘indoor/outdoor’ patio is a fantastic space to get together after a day at the beach or sightseeing.

The location is a short distance from Exmouth town centre and sea front, and also convenient for access to other parts of Devon including Exeter and the East Devon Coast.

The space
You will enter the property into the lower hallway with WC and stairs to the first floor, where the rest of the accommodation is laid out on this level.

The upper hallway leads through to the four bedrooms (two with en-suites) and master bathroom. There is also a utility room with washing machine.

At the end of the hallway it opens out into the large open plan kitchen/living room, featuring island breakfast bar and top of the range fixture and fittings.

At the far side of the living room is a huge sliding patio door which opens out onto the patio, extending the living space.

The house is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay and includes smart home features such as built in Sonos speakers.

Guest access
You will have the whole home to yourself to enjoy. There is a large driveway which can accommodate three cars, and a bus route on the main road which is a few minutes walk from the house.

The holiday home is equipped with small hand soaps, toilet roll and basic kitchen items such as a sponge, washing liquid, bin liners and salt & pepper. If you want anything specific, such as liquid hand soap or kitchen roll, please ensure you bring this with you for your stay.

If you wish to extend your stay, you must check with our team. The earlier you check, the better as we are sometimes unable to reschedule cleaning to suit. We must provide at least 48 hours notice to our cleaners.

Pass the Keys® provides a high standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned, with hotel-quality linen. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

You are welcome to use and enjoy the outdoor seating areas. We do kindly ask that guests clean up after themselves and leave these facilities in a state that is suitable for the next people staying, as our cleaners will be unable to provide a full garden overhaul at each changeover.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
