Our beautiful home which has recently been fully refurbished is the perfect base when visiting Central London which is only 15 minutes away. Conveniently located in Earlsfield, with great transport links, you’ll be in the heart of the city but without the hustle and bustle!
Come and stay in our spacious home with a dual aspect kitchen/diner with stairs to a private garden, 1 spacious bedroom and a large reception room.
Also, our home is ideal for photography/magazine shoots, so please enquire!
The space
This is our family home. You’ll have full access to the entire apartment (excluding the bedroom in the loft), kitchen, dining room, lounge and bathroom.
The living area is light and airy with a beautiful, modern design and lovely finishing touches. It has a 3 seater sofa and a ‘loveseat’ (2 seater) with a large TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, Hayu and Paramount Plus subscriptions
If cooking is your thing, you’re going to love the kitchen, as its an open plan kitchen and dining area with high quality appliances with a beautiful statement piece dining table.
This is the perfect place to relax after a busy day in London, a walk around the common (Wandsworth Common and Wimbledon Common within walking distance) or after a delicious brunch or coffee from one of our neighbourhood restaurants or cafes.
Guest access
We’re a 5 minute walk to Earlsfield train station which has a 13 minute direct train into Waterloo.
Other nearby stations include Wimbledon, Wimbledon Park, Tooting Broadway and Southfields.
In addition to the recently opened Marks and Spencer, there are two local supermarkets 5 mins walk away, Sainsburys local and Tesco Express (open from 7am-11pm) plus local coffee shops, bakers, delis and restaurants on the high street (3-5 min walk).
There is no off street parking, however you may purchase a ‘pay and display’ ticket during your stay for a small cost – we can provide you with this information if required.
Other things to note
Please note that whilst there is a lovely full sized bathroom with a shower and also a separate ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle, both showers cant be used at the same time.
We’re flexible with check in/check out times, however, we do need to consider housekeeping and laundry between guests so the official check in time is 15:00 and check out at 11:00. We just want to make sure that everything is of the highest standard for you, and to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Board Games
We have lots of board games in the cupboard in the lounge, which guests are more than welcome to use!
Plants
From our home to yours – please give our plants some love!
We hope this isn’t too much to ask, but could you please kindly water our plants during your stay? They’re part of making our house feel like a home and so they also need a little love sometimes 🙂 if you could please water them every 3 days, we would so appreciate that.
Movie and Series Purchases
You’re welcome to purchase movies and series on Prime Video or Apple TV at your own expensive (we will bill you for this at the end of your trip), but please do not subscribe to any new subscription services. If you
do, we will unfortunately need to charge you for any related costs incurred.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
