The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
I am Gordon, Franchise Owner of Pass the Keys® Rye & Camber, an area nestled on the beautiful coastal border of Kent and East Sussex. I live locally with my young family and we love all that the region has to offer. Educated in Belgium, the UK and North Carolina, my career focused on 5-star hospitality and the media (often both together!). I was a TV drama producer for many years, owned a radio station in Mallorca and, until moving to Rye, ran a successful ‘private members’ club’ in the heart of Soho in London. Along the way, I have worked at some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the UK and overseas, developing the practical skills to get the job done, whilst honing an exacting eye for what guests really want. Our historically strong short-let market is currently booming and I’m excited to be working with landlords, helping to ensure that only the highest level of service is provided for their guests.

J. O. 20/06/2024Very nice place and ideal as a springboard to see Rye and surround. The critiques are just suggestions to make future gu. Very clean and comfy perfect for a party of 4. The keys. There were 4 on the set and only 2 seemed to work for both front doors. It would have be nice only to be given 2 or those 2 properly labeled plus instructions on how to use as it took a little of a learning curve not ideal after being tired from a long journey. There was no toiletries pack as stated on the site just some items for the kitchen such as a tiny washing up liquid sample. Was expecting some shower gel or soap for shower from description given. I’d also recommend supplying extra toilet paper as we had to use our own stock on the second day as there wasn’t enough for 4 people over 3 days. Maybe also supply a roll of paper towels? ...
