We live in the main house and there is almost always someone around if you need us, but equally we are respectful of guests’ privacy. We have a self check in key box, but also love to say hello and help our guests.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Hi, I’m Rohini and have lived in Nottingham for most of my adult life. I moved to West Bridgford, Nottingham fifteen years ago to join my partner Ricky who is born and bred in Nottingham. We live locally in the city, and have a wealth of knowledge about the local area and its main attractions. Together, we have over thirty years of strong sales and marketing experience and have been successfully building our own portfolio of properties locally within the letting market. I’m particularly excited for us to begin our Pass the Keys adventure and make a mark in the famous Robin Hood town.
