Just a short walk from the town centre with lovely River Severn, Kingsland Bridge and Quarry Park views.
Ideal for families, friends or contractors, it sleeps up to 4 guests across 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (en-suite to the principle bedroom).
Plus a large lounge, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table, plus a games room with pool table and gym equipment.
This is a special listing which is duplicated between a two-bedroom and a five-bedroom sought-after property!
We decided to offer both configurations to make it a more affordable solution for 2 couples, contractors, or 4 friends who want something special.
If the 2 bedroom is booked, we simply lock the top floor 3 bedrooms, and downstairs snug. That way, our guests have a choice.
On entering the property, stairs lead down into a spacious fully-equipped kitchen / breakfast room with table and chairs, and plenty of storage. We have a Nespresso coffee machine, cafetiere, dishwasher, washing machine and double oven. In addition to a fridge and freezer, there are two further full-size fridge-freezers to keep all your food cool.
Reach a large balconied patio from the external steps. with an outside seating area, overlooking the impressive Kingsland Bridge River Severn and famous Quarry Park where we have events, concerts, The Flower Show and Food Festival plus many more.
On the first floor is a spacious comfortable living area with an L-shaped sofa and armchair. Large smart TV with live (and streaming) channels. Superb Views over the River Severn from the rear windows, and an adjacent office for guests to work whilst away from home.
On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, both with king-size beds. The spacious master bedroom benefits from an ensuite bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is also a second bedroom with king-size bed; both rooms have plenty of storage. There is shower room and WC on this floor.
The outdoor terrace leads down to an attractive garden, which is fenced and safe. A padlocked gate with a code we will share on booking, leads directly onto the superb River Severn banks with views of Kingsland Bridge and the Quarry park.
In the converted garage, you will find a gym space with a weight bench and equipment, a rowing machine and a pool table. You are welcome to use the gym equipment (at your own risk).
You will be very comfortable in this sought-after holiday home and we very much look forward to welcoming you.
The whole of the house and garden is available for guests to enjoy.
We have parking for 2 cars only, in order to keep a shared drive with the neighbour clear. If guests need to bring 1 van, there cannot be any further vehicles parked in the designated area apart from this. Thank you
If you would like a late check-out, we’re happy to offer this (this is subject to availability of our cleaning team) for an additional fee of £65, up to 1pm. After 1 pm, we will have to charge a further night’s stay.
Please take note that only two medium sized guest cars can park on a designated space on the driveway. Unfortunately, we can only accommodate one transit sized van and no other cars, if so.
Unfortunately no motor homes or camper vans. You can however park these, two streets up for no cost.
High chair and travel cot are available during your stay for an additional charge of £30 for both. Please let us know if you do require, and we ask that you bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
Please be advised that there is CCTV at the front of the property towards the car parking area. This is just to monitor security when guests are not at the house.
We have a noise monitoring and cigarette smoke detection system in the house. This is purely to warn us in the event that things are getting excessively loud – I’m pleased to say we’ve never needed it.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
