Located on the second floor of a charming period building, this apartment welcomes you with a bright and airy hallway that sets the tone for the space.

The hallway opens into the elegant open plan kitchen and living room, which flow beautifully together—ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, while the dining area offers a cozy spot for meals.

The living area is stylish yet comfortable, with soft lighting, tasteful décor, and a large window that fills the room with natural light. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed to balance charm, comfort, and practicality. There is a smart TV, or you can curl up on the sofa to read a book or take in the treetop view. The sofa opens into a double bed that is perfect for one, but could be a squeeze for two.

The elegant and serene bedroom is the perfect place to unwind, with a king size bed and soft linens. Tasteful furnishings and a high quality bed make this the perfect place to drift off to sleep.

A dressing area leads off the bedroom and has a built in mirrored wardrobe with generous storage, perfect for settling in and making yourself at home.

The newly renovated bathroom is positioned off the dressing area. With a rainfall shower, fluffy white towels and complementary toiletries to enhance your experience.

Please note that the bathroom is accessed via the bedroom, so for guests using the sofabed in the living room, they would need to access the bathroom via the bedroom.

Guests will have the apartment all to themselves. There is only one other apartment on the second floor, so the space feels quite private

This property is on the second (top) floor of a period building, with no lift. So you will have to go up steps to the front door and then 2 flights of stairs, which may be a struggle if you have very heavy baggage.

You will need to collect the key from a local Key Nest, which is located 5 minutes walk away, in a local shop. Operational hours are 6am to midnight, so the keys need to be collected during these times. The shop is close to the train station, if you are arriving by train.

The journey from the Key Nest to the apartment is up a fairly steep hill.

There is a small decorative balcony outside the living room window, but this is not for use.

Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance.

Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave.

No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or outside.

This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume.

Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
