Bedroom One – Ground Floor
A cosy and welcoming double bedroom featuring a super-comfortable bed, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, giving you plenty of space to unpack and settle in. A peaceful retreat to relax and recharge after a day exploring the beautiful Dumfries & Galloway countryside.

Bedroom Two – First Floor
Perfect for children or groups, this bright and cheerful room comfortably sleeps four in single beds. Light, spacious and fun, it’s a great place for kids or friends to unwind. The room also benefits from access to a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside.

Bedroom Three – First Floor
A comfortable and spacious double bedroom with its own private en-suite shower room, ideal for refreshing showers and a little extra privacy during your stay. The bedroom also benefits from a smart TV.

Family Bathroom – Ground Floor

The Location

A little further afield, the welcoming towns of Dalbeattie, Castle Douglas and Kirkcudbright are well worth a visit. Dalbeattie is known for its fantastic mountain biking and forest trails, Castle Douglas is often called the region’s “Food Town” with great local shops and restaurants, while Kirkcudbright is a picturesque harbour town famous for its colourful streets, galleries and vibrant arts scene.

Whether you’re looking for beaches, countryside adventures, great food, or charming towns to explore, there’s something for everyone within easy reach.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

I then joined the ‘luxury travel market’ project, managing private travel arrangements for both individual VIPs and multinational companies.
