Guests will have private access to the entire apartment other than some cupboards in use by the owners. The garden and pool is shared with residents and guests. There is plenty of free on-street parking within the gated community.
Staying with Pass the Keys®
The property is personally inspected and managed by Pass the Keys®, a professional short-let property management company.
Offering a hotel-like experience, Pass the Keys has an industry-leading high cleaning standard. All properties benefit from having hotel-grade linens and all the home comforts you probably expect (like shampoo, soap, hair dryer, iron etc.).
If you do need some assistance before or during your stay, the property manager is local to the property and the guest support team is available 24/7. We look forward to welcoming you!
Check-in to this property is between 4pm and 11pm via a personal Meet & Greet service. Please do let us know if your check-in time will be after 8pm as an additional charge will apply.
Check-out time is 11am. A €50 charge will be requested if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Pool/beach towels are available to rent at an additional charge. To be requested at time of booking.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
