Step Inside

As you walk through the front door, you are welcomed into a practical and inviting hallway, complete with space to hang your coats or take a seat.

To the left, you’ll find the entrance to the impressive open-plan communal living area, featuring a comfortable sitting room, dining space, a pool table and a well-equipped kitchen. This generous space is ideal for gathering together, whether you’re enjoying a meal, relaxing with friends or challenging each other to a game of pool.

The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances, including a fridge freezer and washing machine, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Ground Floor Bedrooms & Bathroom

Straight ahead from the entrance hallway is the family bathroom, featuring a bath with shower over, WC and washbasin.

To the right of the bathroom is a spacious super king bedroom, which benefits from patio doors leading directly out onto the enclosed patio. This lovely outdoor space features a fire, wood-burning stove and seating area, creating a welcoming spot for everyone in the house to gather, relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Living, Dining & Outdoor Space

The communal living area is accessed via steps and offers plenty of room for everyone to come together. With comfortable seating, a dining area and pool table, it is a fantastic social hub for the house.

At the rear of the sitting room, you can head up a few steps and out into the enclosed patio area. This delightful space is perfect for al fresco dining, enjoying a morning coffee or spending relaxed evenings together around the outdoor seating and fire.

Heading upstairs, you’ll find another family bathroom on the left, complete with a walk-in shower, WC and shower cubicle.
