On the ground floor you will find a large living room, with plenty of seating to curl up with a book or watch TV.

There is a lovely formal dining room on the ground floor with a large table, ideal for gatherings with family of friends.

The gorgeous kitchen/dining area is also on the ground floor, and has bifold doors leading to the private garden, which provides a pleasant space to relax and unwind. The fully renovated kitchen comes equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The dining table in the kitchen comfortable seats 6-8.

Upstairs on the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom) and the family bathroom. The bedrooms on this floor are 2 doubles and a single. They are all light and airy.

On the second (top) floor you will find a further 2 bedrooms. The front bedroom is configured with twin beds and the back bedroom has a double bed.

House Rules & Important Information

No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited. Any violation of house rules may result in additional charges.

No Smoking or Substances: Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances inside or around the property are strictly prohibited. Breaches may incur charges of up to £500.

Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM, including TV volume.

Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

Check-In & Check-Out: Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval may incur a charge.

Keys: Please take care of the keys. Lost keys incur a £100 minimum charge, and a £50 call-out fee applies if you are locked out.

Damages: Please inform us immediately if anything breaks so it can be repaired or replaced.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
