Guests will have access to the entire property.
DURING YOUR STAY
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys – please be careful with them.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Barbara Mornay 23/04/2026I liked: -l’emplacement est idéal,près de la station Moorgate ou Barbican et bus très proches -gentillesse de la société de location 3poeles hors d’usage,1 poêle neuve le lendemain après-midi de notre arrivée suite à notre demande -à 2 minutes à pied du supermarché Waitrose avec prix cassés pour les dates courtes tous les soirs(too good to waste) et meal deal à 5livres(salade,snack et boisson) I did not like: il manque quelques petits équipements -cafetière -patères dans l’entrée ou dans le placard pour les vestes et manteaux -canapé trop dur,inconfortable pour dormir -absence de prise dans la salle de bain pour brancher le sèche cheveux -très peu de vaisselle mais suffisant si séjour court(obligé de mettre le lave vaisselle quasi vide tous les jours,pas très écologique.
