Relax and enjoy your stay in my lovely cottage in quaint Aston Magna. The perfect base to explore the local area.
The space
Cosy and quaint cottage, brightly decorated and furnished to be your home away from home.
You will have full use of the cottage and garden area. Lovely outside furniture so you can make the most of country living.
Bright and comfy living area with 2 sofas to chill out in front of the TV. Lovely views of the garden. Also has a dining area for all your meals.
There is a well-stocked kitchen with breakfast items like cereal, bread, tea and coffee. It has plenty of pots and pans, and you can easily cook up a filling breakfast or a hearty dinner.
The double bedroom comes with a large wardrobe so there’s plenty of storage space.
There’s also a single bedroom, perfect for an adult or child. With a chest of drawers for storage.
Both bedrooms come with crisp cotton sheets and fluffy towels for each guest.
We aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible with many personal touches such as breakfast items. We also provide plenty of local recommendations so you can make the most of your visit.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the garden and on site parking.
Other things to note
The maximum occupancy of this property is 3 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions, the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants.
Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them.
No smoking, pets, parties or events are permitted.
CHECK IN
Check in time is after 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Please try to give as much notice as possible with your arrival time and update on the day with any changes/delays.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 11am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests 🙂

Old Farm at Dorn has a farm shop which is less than 2 miles away, Vegetable Matters has shop and cafe at Ebrington is approx. 3 miles, Moreton in Marsh is approximately 2 miles away and Shipston-on-Stour is approximately 5 miles away

Moreton in Marsh has a great selection of cafes and restaurants including Locojos Pizza who will also deliver and a very popular fish and chip shop, Blockley Cafe is approx 2 miles away which also opens in the evening and does take-away, Shipston-on-Stour is approximately 5 miles away and has great cafes, restaurants and bars, Chipping Campden is just over 4 miles away and offers a great choice of cafes, restaurants and bars.

Batsford Arboretum is just under 2 miles, Cotswold Farm Park is approx 10 miles, Broadway is approx 10 miles and Broadway Tower is approx 7.5 miles, Stow on the Wold is approx 7 miles, Chipping Campden is approx 4.5 miles, Stratford-upon-Avon is approx 17 miles.

Moreton in Marsh has direct trains to Oxford and London Paddington.

The property is set in a rural location, in a quaint village, with lots of wildlife and country walk options.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The Cottage was brilliant, very clean, brightly decorated, kitchen well equipped (but no scissors) bedrooms great - 1 double & one single, beds very comfortable, towels good quality. TV reception was poor (rural area) watched BBC & films on laptop, best mobile phone reception was just outside. Coffee Tea and milk awaited us, location for the Cotswold and pub dining was awesome..
