I liked: Location was brilliant. Nice lounge area, bedrooms were nice, bathroom was nice but wasn’t the cleanest. I did not like: 1. To start with I needed to ring a third party company to request a code for the key box, as this had not been sent. 2. A stench of damp, was quiet over powering when walking into the property. Under the sink was where the smell was coming from, as the shelf and cupboard was damaged due to water leaking or an old water leak. 3. Kitchen work tops in places had not been cleaned. 4. Toaster kept tripped the electricity. 5. Floors in the kitchen and living area could have done with a good sweep up as there was bits of dirt on the floors. 6. Windows to the front of the property were really dirty. 7. Post for the owner was left on the floor. 8. On the stairs there was a broken spindle which had been snapped and half of it had been removed, it was dangerous when you have a young child, and also had sharp edges 9. Bathroom could have been cleaner. The panel on the side of the bath was dirty. 10. The cost of the property was expensive considering, its poor maintenance. Summary: Disappointing, ...
