A bright and elegant living room with 1 comfortable sofa bed and 2 luxurious armchair – perfect for lounging on in front of the big TV or enjoying the sunset over the sea.

A large dining table with chairs, ideal for home cooked meals, or laptop space – comfortable, cosy and versatile!

A modern and fully equipped kitchen, with all the modern amenities you need to cook the perfect homemade meal!

A master bedroom with a luxurious double bed, fitted with high hotel quality linen and ample storage space for your personal belongings.

The second bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed!

The bathroom has a shower bath, perfect for long soak in as well as a sink and a toilet.

* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am.
* Please note there will be a fee for lost keys, £100 and £50 if you find yourself locked out. Get in contact with us asap and we’ll get you back in the property as quickly as we can.
* We love our neighbours so please respect the building and be considerate when it comes to noise levels.
* My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
*Free parking available on the street – First comes first serves, we cannot guarantee a space will be available when you arrive

Our listing warmly welcomes guests for stays of over 21 nights, whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
