Stay in Belfast’s top location and enjoy our beautiful 2BR Apt with cityscape views from the Juliette balcony.
You will find yourself right beside the SSE Arena and the Titanic Museum and a few mins walk across the illuminated bridge over the river takes you into the Cathedral Quarter. Here you can choose from the best restaurants and bars our city has to offer.

With such amenities as a super king bed and a comfy corner sofa with smart TV our apartment provides the perfect home from home.

The Apartment
Regarding the apartment it is a self contained apartment in a superb location and comes with free parking. One room has a super king bed and the other a double – both with very comfy bedding and fresh hotel style linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need to whip up great homemade meals. The main living room features a smart tv so you can catch up on all your shows, a comfy sofa and a dining table if you fancy being a bit fancy!
We have a juliette balcony so you can see the hustle and bustle of Belfast and beautiful sunsets developing over Cave Hill.
The bathroom has been stylishly redecorated and we supply shower gel, conditioner and body wash.
Parking is free and secured.

The Area
Our apartment is located in an incredible part of the city and you are walking distance to pretty much anything. It is a few minutes walk from the city centre across the beautiful illuminated footbridge and so you are very close to Belfast’s most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres. For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Jail it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city.

If you are here for a show or Ice hockey at the SSE Arena, we are only a couple of minutes walk so you could not get a better location!

To put your mind at ease, our apartment is professionally cleaned and laundered by one of the top rated cleaning companies in Belfast

Convenience
For your convenience, we provide self check in using the lockbox so don’t worry if you get held up!

Flexibility
Oh and finally, check in is from 3pm but if you need to check in earlier please ask and we will provide free of charge if possible. Checkout is 11am and unfortunately we can’t cater for late checkouts.

Guest access
Guests have access to to the entire apartment

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.

      The apartment was decently equipped with all we needed for a stay in the City. Location is perfect for the SSE Arena and a 5 min walk into the City. Bedrooms and bathrooms comfy and plenty of big towels.. The apartment wasn't sparkly clean, floor hadn't been mopped and there was mould in the bathrooms in places. 1 key is also not enough as we couldn't go out separately or leave someone asleep upstairs as you needed the fob to gain entry. The key box was in a dark area around the back of the flats and I wouldn't want to go alone. ... Read full reviewClose
