We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to stay in our newly refurbished 4 Bedroom home.

Located in a quiet part of Borehamwood the property is ideal for anyone visiting or working in the local area.

The property is furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped with a range of modern amenities providing everything you need to make your stay relaxing and one to remember.

Managed by Pass the Keys, a leading property management company, who will take care of all your needs.

The space
There is a large living room area, equipped with cosy sofas and a large Smart TV giving access to Freeview, Netflix and other popular apps. There is a desk area.

The modern kitchen is extremely spacious, well designed and fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay.

There are four bedrooms, three doubles and a single bedroom, allowing us to accommodate up to 7 guests.

There are 3 bathrooms throughout the house, with 2 separate showers.

There is a large back garden, which is private and peaceful. Garden furniture is provided to help make this a truly relaxing sociable space.

Borehamwood High Street, which has a range of shops and restaurants is just a short 10 minute walk.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the whole of the property whilst staying.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
