The apartment is situated in one of Cardiff’s premier developments, which has a 24 hour concierge service and beautiful landscaped gardens, providing guests with a tranquil environment in the heart of Cardiff Bay.

The development’s Leisure Centre (with gym, pool, sauna and Jacuzzi) is accessed via the concierge.

The apartment’s location is ideal for visitors to the Millennium Centre and Mermaid Quay with its many shops, restaurants, café’s and bars, which are only a short walk away.

It’s approximately a 15-20 minutes walk to Cardiff city centre and the Principality Stadium, which can also be reached by a lovely riverside walk as well as the Aquabus.

– Security Deposit – if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £200

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
