About this space

The Stables is a stylish and modern cottage, a perfect getaway for families or friends. Beautiful, and newly built, home in the heart of the village of Ebrington, and a short distance to the picture-postcard town of Chipping Campden.

Lovely decorated throughout, with two super king-sized bedrooms,(both can be split into twins at request on booking), one with ensuite, as well as separate family bathroom. With a further single bedroom, the property comfortably sleeps five.

The space
The Stables is a luxurious base from which to soak up peaceful village life and also to explore the wider Cotswolds, and everything it has to offer.

The property spans two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests.

The downstairs layout has a wonderful open plan dining and living area, along with a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The spacious and bright living area has patio doors leading out to the garden.

Outside there is a lovely patio area with a BBQ and plenty of seating; a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring!

On the first floor you will find two majestic bedrooms, both with super king-sized beds, one with an ensuite shower room. Note: both super-king beds can be split into twins on request at time of booking. There is also a third bedroom with a single bed and a separate family bathroom.

Property benefits from hot tub for exclusive use of guests.

All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.

There is a security gate for access to the cottage and courtyard, where there is space for 2 cars in front of the cottage. Additional parking in the village car park approximately 60 metres from the house.

Please request at time of booking should you wish to use the EV charger.

Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.

CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the cottage sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole property, including exclusive use of the garden.

A few minutes away on May Lane there is Vegetable Matters Farm Shop and Cafe and also Fresh Meat Matters Butchers next door. The nearest supermarket is the Co-operative food store in Chipping Campden (2.5 miles), open 7am-10pm every day of the week.

The village pub The Ebrington Arms is a 2 minute walk.

Chipping Campden (just 2.5 miles away), has a Market Hall located in the centre of the town. This iconic Market Hall is surrounded by ancient houses made from the local honey-colored stone. The Almshouses in Chipping Campden are just a short walk away from the main high street built in 1612.

Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold, are all close by and well worth a visit. Charingworth Manor wedding venue is 2 miles away and 12 miles south of Stratford-upon-Avon.

Getting around
Ebrington, can be explored on foot and there are many local wonderful walks.

Nearest buses are in Chipping Campden 2.5 miles away.

The nearest train stations are Honeybourne (6 miles) and Moreton in Marsh (6.5 miles) both are on the GWR service from London Paddington.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

    Booked a very last minute stay for two nights. Property was nicely decorated and easy to find. Beds were lovely and big. Lots of parking. Unfortunately there were a few issues - hot tub was not working, hadn’t been cleaned from last guest (bottle tops in it and cigarette lighter on patio). WiFi was practically non existent (they do warn you about this and they weren’t exaggerating! But I suppose that’s all part of the charm of being in the country). Not great for us as we were working and had to go elsewhere to make call and send emails. Communicated with the office about the hot tub but no one came to fix it so we were unable to use it. They also added on an extra hidden £40 damage waiver fee after I had booked. Apparently they do not do this if you book on Airbnb so I suggest not to book direct. Overall a disappointing stay, not the property itself but the management company. I travel a lot for work and would not book through them again. ... Read full reviewClose

    Perfect! We will be back soon. Absolutely beautiful property , excellent amenities Comfortable beds , attentive host.     A great find! We had a wonderful short break & would love to stay again some time.. Level of comfort - hot tub, super king beds, sofas. Cleanliness of house with feeling of quality & well maintained. Great access to local pub as well as to Chipping Campden.. Appreciate the difficulty of getting good Wi-Fi in rural areas but this was a problem. Useful to have some literature on local area - pubs/restaurants, things to do, walks ... Read full reviewClose
