We offer the very highest of standards and the quality, adhering to stringent cleaning measures with hotel quality linens, fresh towels, self check-in and 24/7 Guest support.

We have a 24/7 guest services team who are a phone call away and will assist you with all your needs however big or small.

The space
This stunning cottage is a hidden gem just outside of Canterbury City Centre, in a quiet location tucked away but with easy links into the City and Surrounding areas.

The beamed cottage provides plenty of space to relax and unwind in this peaceful located after a busy day of exploring the towns and beach’s near by. The ground floor has a large living and dining area with comfy sofas, a TV and even an open fireplace, perfect for those cosy nights in. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities to ensure a simple stay. The ground floor always has a bathroom with a toilers, a sink and a shower over the bath.

Upstairs you’ll find the cosy sleeping arrangements, this property has two bedrooms and can sleep three guests. The master bedroom has a double bed in a spacious room with a large area to store your clothes during your stay. There is also a small TV, a dressing table and a bookshelf filled with books you will be spoilt for choice.

The second bedroom holds a single bed, this rooms also has a small space to store your clothes during your stay.

The property has a small outside seating are to unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds around you in this quiet area.

The property has free parking on premises.

Other things to note
This property comes equipped with the following:
2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

Thank you for your interest in our property, we would like to remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no party policy; Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.

Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest’s arrival.

Please could we ask that NO hanging decorations/banners are put up in the property.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

    Nice small cottage just outside canterbury, feels like a little bit dark inside but for a few dats its fine. The beds are good. In the cottage everything is availible. Owner lives next to the cottage and is very friendly. Unfortunately, we regularly had some snails and spiders visiting us at night. Also the pans do need to be replaced. Cottage was very clean ...
