The space
Welcome to my stylish modern home in a quiet neighbourhood only 35 minutes from Central London.
Located on a tree-lined, traffic-free road, this 3-bedroom house offers an ideal sanctuary from the hustle and bustle along with easy access to the city’s major attractions – plus the lively markets, bars and restaurants of fashionable Tooting.
The spacious living room is decorated with unique pieces of modern art. You can sink into the plush sofa and allow natural light to stream through the large shuttered windows.
The fully-equipped, modern kitchen opens onto a beautiful spacious dining room with six chairs around a large wooden table.
Stepping outside from the dining room, a garden oasis awaits, a lush green sanctuary where you can relax on the patio furniture with friends or family.
The three bedrooms are individually designed, both stylish and cosy. The master bedroom makes a real statement, drenched in sunlight from the full-length balcony doors which provide an aerial view of the garden below. The master bedroom has a Tempur memory foam mattress and a newly-fitted ensuite bathroom with rain shower.
One of the bedrooms can be used as a workspace for remote working during the day, then after dark you can roll out the super comfy futon for a restful night’s sleep.
The main bathroom is modern, featuring contemporary fitting and fixtures and offers a relaxing ambiance.
With comfortable beds, high-quality crisp linens, and ample storage space, you’ll feel completely at home and enjoy a restful night’s sleep.
Conveniently situated near Tooting train station and Tooting Broadway Tube stations, exploring London is a breeze. Example door-to-door journey times: Wimbledon 14 minutes, Tate Modern 40 minutes, London Eye 45 minutes.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
