My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Mark Bush 17/11/2025I liked: It was quiet, tucked away and had what we needed for the two nights… as it said in the listing pretty good transport links wise - for the home journey leg we managed to get the bus all the way from the Main Street back to Liverpool Street with no changes. The access instructions were ok, the key safe worked first time and as in the notes the main door key did take a bit of force but no real issues. First time using “pass the key” and seemed fairly straightforward, but surprised by the additional checks that were required and also the damage waiver we needed to pay, although only £40 that took the price for the room up to nearly £300 which it wasn’t worth in my opinion. I did not like: Could do with some updating… from the notes in the guide it looks like the gate has been renewed, getting in was fine however it looked like the back cover plate was missing, managed to get out by manually pulling the lock bit back…. Internally we noticed that the duvet was yellow (normally associated with sweat stains) - owner seems to be using quick bedding so that it’s quicker to change meaning the duvet itself ended up being visible and was pretty yellow. There was a possible smell of damp in the corner of the room by the bed, didn’t move it out the way just in case I found something I didn’t like the look of (ignorance is bliss). There was only a microwave in terms of being able to “cook” (a tabletop combo oven would have been better, yes a bit more expensive but kinda needed something like that). Only 2 sachets of shampoo and 2 body wash was the “complementary toiletries” most supermarkets have the travel sized bottles on 3 for 2 normally that would have been a nicer touch. Last could of bits the milk sachets that were provided were out of date by several months (we didn’t need to use them but were just curious, and there was a previous guests flight paperwork left on the shelving/hanging unit (thought they were like the house rules or something). MARIAMA BAH 01/10/2025I liked: The kitchen is really well equipped with everything you might need, so I was able to cook small meals and enjoy my stay. There are plenty of spices and food items available, especially for breakfast. I didn’t end up using them, but it was still nice to have. The little garden is beautiful and very pleasant, but I didn’t use it because the neighbor from the opposite apartment also has access. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting there and relaxing since their door faces directly the door of the place I was staying in. The location is great — only a 5-minute walk to a bus stop and not far from the metro station. I did not like: Bedding the mattress is very soft and sinks when you lie down, which makes it uncomfortable. I had back pain during the first three days and had to sleep on my back afterwards to avoid waking up with pain. The duvet is heavy and had visible stains under the fitted sheet, which was unpleasant to see. Bathroom the shower curtain was dirty and, as the bathroom with toilet is very small, it’s difficult to shower without the curtain touching you. I had to tie it up to avoid that, and still had to wipe the floor after every shower because water would spill everywhere. In addition, the bathroom is poorly ventilated and gives off an unpleasant smell. I ended up buying air fresheners to make the stay bearable. Amenities – The TV never worked. – The toaster is faulty and trips the circuit breaker, so it’s unusable. – The portable heaters are full of dust, which is unsafe. I tried to clean them without success. I had to use them because it was cold, but I ended up with a dry cough. Overall, the location is convenient, but the comfort and upkeep of the place are below expectations. The stay was disappointing for the price paid. Good instructions on access to the property. I did not like: Overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property could be better. There was mould on the wall by the front door, shower curtain needs replacing as lower half is dirty, bedside lamp had stains on the inside and outside of the lamp shade. Front door was cracked in multiple places with paint peeling off and needs a bit of a face lift. Not happy with the deposit situation as this was not explained at the booking process that more money would be required than the price presented by booking.com and no option to then cancel if do not want to proceed with either deposit option. Für wenige Tage zu zweit ist die eher kleine Unterkunft genügend. Man hat schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert.. Dass zusätzlich eine Gebühr für die Agentur Pass the Keys bezahlt werden muss, sollte klarer kommuniziert werden. Die Agentur arbeitet mit KI, was unpersönlich ist und zu Missverständnissen führt. È una stanza piccola ma per due persone che visitano Londra durante il giorno e la sera tornano a casa va benissimo. Siamo riusciti a farci da mangiare adattandoci a quello che c’era. Nel complesso è stato positivo. La pulizia non era ottima per noi italiani ma per gli standard di Londra penso sia abbastanza buona.
