The space
The open-plan concept of the apartment, gives the living area a real light, airy, spacious feel with SMART TV, sofa, breakfast bar and fully fitted kitchen.
The living area looks out over Mardol, which is one of Shrewsbury’s oldest Streets.
Off the hall leads to a contemporary bathroom featuring walk-in rain shower and a double bedroom room, located at the back of the building, offering a comfortable double bed, storage and hanging space for your belongings.
We have three apartments located in this building. So if you are a bigger group, we are more than happy to accommodate you. Just drop us a message.
Guest access
We have a shared entrance with our neighbour and other guests but our apartment is let as an entire space. Please make yourself at home.
Other things to note
Although the apartment is located on the ground floor, there are steps up and down to it from the street.
We have 3 apartments in this block and are more than happy to accommodate larger groups, please get in touch.
Travel cot and high chair available to hire on request.
We ask you not to smoke or vape in the property. If you do outside, please remember to bin your cigerette ends reponsably in the bin and not on the floor.
Our TV is a SMART TV and you are welcome to log into your own account but please remember to log out before you leave.
We do have a secure, gated parking space in the town centre which is a 6-minute walk from the apartments. If you would like to make use of the space please let us know as soon as possible, as it is subject to availability. There is a £10 charge per night and is available from 2 pm on your check-in day until 10.30 am on your check-out day.

The entrance is in Roushill Bank 1) Central town location 2) smart kitchen 3) plenty of hooks, drawers and cupboards in bedroom & bathroom 4) good supply of hot water 5) large shower unit 6) very quiet bedroom 7) easy bedside lights 8) cafetière I did not like: 1) Although smart, the décor was cold, like an office. It needs bright pictures and a large, cosy washable rug in front of the sofa 2) Replace old charity shop sofa with a new comfortable welcoming one; this has a ledge sticking out at the back which hits ones legs 3) Cutlery and crockery is all mismatched with much missing 4) Tea pot and milk jug would be nice as this is England 5) Needs an easily useable blind in the bedroom, which would save balancing on a chair trying to fix on the black-out 6) Replace battery in smoke detector; flashing non stop Summary: Great to be so central to all the interesting parts of this beautiful city. Location was brilliant - very central and pretty easy to find to say it was bang in the middle of a very busy town.. Nothing really to dislike other than not being able to park close by - but not a deal breaker and being able to book secure parking was helpful. Jessica Gilbert 10/02/2024Gorgeous apartment!. The location was fantastic and the apartment was modern, clean, big and very well accommodating to our needs. The staff were very good at dealing with our request for earlier check in, they replied quickly and politely and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we were okay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and the bed was perfection! I slept so so well and wanted to take the pillows home!. The only few minor things we noted, but most of these were either not the owners fault, or were just our personal opinion/preference - one was that the sofa wasn't the comfiest. The second was that the noise in the living room from the street was really loud as it was a weekend. The third was that when leaving the property at night it was quite dark outside and there were no lights so we had to use our mobile phone lights to see where we were walking.
