Hello, I am Adam from the Chilterns territory. I live near Amersham and have spent most of my life in the Chilterns area. I became a Pass the Keys partner in 2023 with over 20 years of hospitality experience. I recently completed a profitable sale of two successful multi-award winning country dining pubs of which one was a pub and restaurant and the other a country pub & inn with 7 boutique letting rooms. My love and passion for all things hospitality, guest experiences and local operating knowledge combined provide me with a big advantage in the short-let and holiday-let management market within the Chilterns. Having worked in hospitality my entire life within the Chilterns I have extensive knowledge of the area including irreplicable experience of how guests like to be treated. Being one who takes pride in his work and has an eye for detail rest assured your property will be in experienced and safe hands.

Yeet Howells 10/01/2026I liked: The location and lovely house meets our needs for a family reunion It was well equipped kitchen and there were enough utensils to make it easy to cook for the family I did not like: We need more dishes for serving family dinners The Sonos did not work in the kitchen so had to use my iPad for music the TV only worked on BBC Iplayer so were limited - no streaming services to watch family films together Summary: We have stayed twice now and this is perfect for our needs with families and dogs ... Lorna Earle 11/11/2025I liked: Lovely home and great location for what we needed. Comfortable beds- well equipped kitchen I did not like: Cleaning product used by cleaners was really smelly- and lasted 12 hours. Bin had no bin bags and was very very grubby (I cleaned it). For a house with room for 6 people there are not enough comfortable seats in lounge to relax. Some areas are a little tatty. One of the games in the selection are not really appropriate to be on display! Summary: Good enough for what we wanted. ... Read full reviewClose

Toni Cobbold 19/07/2025I liked: Fantastic location, nice layout, loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. I did not like: Before arrival staff communication was great, upon arrival asked for fans due to high temperatures so had to go buy some and told them about problems and nothing was sorted, felt ignored!!!! Bedroom door would not stay shut as broken latch, toilet seat broken, furniture outside the chairs were broken as was the parasol. Hoover not working, no broom at all and nothing there to clean with at all. Summary: Stay was ok but problems needed addressing and once they got our monies we felt like we didn’t matter. ... Lynda Downes 17/02/2025I liked: Cottage was lovely and well equipped. I did not like: The shower door in the downstairs bathroom is not secure on its rails. It actually came off the rails. It needs fixing. Dangerous if came off rails whilst in the shower. ... Read full reviewClose
