A 5-minute walk will take you right into the city center in one direction and Queens University in the other. The Area
Located just off Dublin Road so you will not be short of places to eat, drink, and have fun. You are also a 5-minute walk to the city center and to Queens University. In fact, pretty much everywhere you will want to go in the city is walkable so take your time and enjoy the different neighborhoods as you go from A to B. For any recommendations please get in touch as we love to pass on our local knowledge.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. Each property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects each home to certify they have met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.

It was clean & had everything we needed. I did not like: It might be a good idea not to send the key code to the new occupier until the apartment is ready. We arrived at 2pm (yes, this was earlier than the 3pm check in) but the place hadn't even begun to have been cleaned. It was 4.30pm before it was fully cleaned and ready. Shannon Quek 22/05/2025I liked: Location of the house was great, near the city centre, easy transport, and several places to eat. Flat was stocked with free toiletries and a good amount of tea, coffee and bottled water for us to use. The team taking care of the flat were very helpful and stayed in good contact through the process during booking, as well as before/after our stay. I did not like: Bathtub was quite high, and my elderly mother had difficulty using it to take a shower.
