Our 3-bedroom home is designed to provide the utmost comfort for you and your fellow travelers. With three well-appointed bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to five guests, making it an ideal choice for families, friends, or even business travelers seeking a homely stay.
The bedrooms are tastefully furnished, each offering a cozy retreat after a day of exploring Liverpool and its surroundings. Crisp linens, plush pillows, and ample storage space ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy.
Modern Furnishings and Amenities
Step into our Kirkby home, and you’ll be greeted by a modern, open-concept living space. The living area is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings, providing a comfortable and stylish environment to relax and unwind. Enjoy your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV or stream movies with our high-speed Wi-Fi.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and washer/dryer.

Bathroom Bliss
Our home features two bathrooms to ensure that everyone has the convenience they deserve during their stay. The main bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower, offers a rejuvenating space to start or end your day.
The ensuite bathroom attached to the master bedroom provides added convenience and privacy.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

I am a born and bred Liverpudlian and have lived in Liverpool for most of my life which hasgained me a wealth of knowledge of the city and surrounding area. With Liverpool being ranked within the top 10 cities to visit in the UK I saw a fantastic opportunity in taking on the Pass the Keys Liverpool Franchise. With so much to see and do in this vibrant city there was no surprise it attracted over 71 million visitors in 2022. Apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable with a double mattress. beautifully placed towels on every bed. bathrooms cleaned in the kitchen, tea coffee for guests. large garden, it was very quiet ,comfortable sofa, TV.
