Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

      I liked: The location was perfect. It was a few minutes minute walk to Hamstead Heath, shops, restaurants and station. The flat was clean and cool. It was 30 degrees outside! This garden is overgrown but we saw that in the images so it wasn't an issue. This isn't a luxury flat but the price reflects that. Its great value in a great location. For us it was somewhere to sleep after a few days of shopping, dining and exploring. We would recommend and stay again. I did not like: After the initial booking you have to verify yourself through a third party. You need to upload your passport and pay £40 for insurance or leave a £500 security deposit. We weren't aware of this and weren't very happy to give our personal details to a third party company. It was too late to cancell so we had no choice. I realise that owners need some protection but they should make renters aware before accepting their booking. No complaints about the property, staff or booking process though.
