About this listing
Exquisite one bedroom city centre apartment in Belfast’s premier residence, right the heart of our historic Cathedral Quarter.
Furnished to the highest standard, you will love the spacious interior and the city centre views.
On your doorstep you will find the best eateries, bars, cafes and theatres this beautiful city has to offer and the central location means all tourist attractions such as Titanic Museum are easily walkable.
Location
Our apartment is located in what is without doubt the most amazing part of an amazing city. It is in the city centre and specifically the Cathedral Quarter so benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast’s most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres (we recommend Michelin starred Muddler’s Club!) For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Gaol it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city. Although you are close to the action, our 2nd floor location and triple glazing windows means you should not be troubled by any noise.
This is one of the best apartments available in Belfast.
Relax in the living room with VERY comfy sofa and smart TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower in the new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the soft and cosy double bed. Sumptuous furnishings, picture windows and a fantastic layout add to the very spacious feel of the apartment.

Hi, I'm Chris. I was born and raised on the north coast but like every other young person in Northern Ireland, was drawn to the bright lights of our capital city Belfast. After exhausting every fantastic nook and cranny this city has to offer I made my way around the world and throughout the next number of years found myself living and working in America, Japan, China and Korea. I returned home a few years ago to set up a home and raise my family in Holywood County Down. I took on the Pass the Keys Franchise in Belfast in 2019 and pandemic aside, the interest and uptake of our services have been incredible. My most valuable business trait is that I am honest and upfront - something that has served me well in building great relationships with my clients. I look forward to continuing to grow Pass the Keys in Belfast and offering more and more spectacular places for visitors to stay.

Joanne Moon 01/03/2026I liked: Location, close to shops and bars. Two stops on the bus from airport I did not like: Picking the keys up a bit confusing as lots of key locks, but that’s a very minor thing Summary: Great stay great location ... Read full reviewClose

Lydia Hope 06/01/2026I liked: Really lovely, spotlessly clean apartment in a great, central area. Even though the living room looked on to a very busy street, the bedroom thankfully was situated at the back which was quiet. The basics for cooking were all there, everything clean and I appreciated the streaming TV services. I was able to pick up keys early. When I figured out how to turn the heating on, it worked perfectly. I did not like: Providing a coffee maker without usable pods and dishwasher with no cleaning aids made them empty gestures. I didn't appreciate the obligated manner of having to pay for a non-refundable security deposit from the agents, especially before I paid for the stay itself. Summary: Lovely Xmas Stay in Beautiful Belfast ... Read full reviewClose

Gillian Willey 19/08/2025I liked: The location was fabulous easy walking distance to the city centre. The flat had everything we needed, and was lovely and clean. The information provided was very helpful. I did not like: The unexpected concert right next to the building. The key accessibility, which we had to crouch down and retrieve, and then get back up again which is ok for more able bodied guests. Summary: Great Location ... Read full reviewClose
