Caroline Zehme 08/07/2024Good location for a 2 room apartment but not very clean or well maintained.. Apartment with 2 comfortably sized rooms and located very close to the shopping mall with loads of shops and close by restaurants.. Very complicated verification process requiring my ID/passport, details you do not like to give out digitally, and it took various attempts to get it completed to their satisfaction. The promised guest manual and key instructions only arrived after 2 reminders,and rather late for us as this was not our first stray on the trip. The apartment was pretty dusty,dishes partially dirty, a random selection of old and scratched pots and pans( if teflon,that could even be dangerous). Communication with the host pretty complicated via the pass the keys agency. Only 1set of towels and kitchen towel for 10 days and no detergent for the washing machine. Very loud due to bar visitors going home or concerts to from the stadium or castle. ... Read full reviewClose

Simon Clayton 14/05/2024comfortable, welcoming, very easy access to the city. I'll very probably stay again. it was a bit awkward for me, my own fault for not reading the instructions properly (dyslexic) but I must say that the phone assistance was excellent and helped me resolve the matter with patience, consideration and ease. the only thing that I found lacking was no cafetiere but really such a minor thing but that's the 'worst' thing -) ...
