The space
Welcome to our charming countryside cottage nestled in the serene landscapes of Shropshire.
Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and unwind in this idyllic family-friendly, dog-friendly retreat set in a secure garden with private parking.

Step through the front door into the tastefully decorated open-plan dining/kitchen area blending modern comforts with the traditional charm of the beams and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
This a great space to socialise, with Bluetooth speakers and a Media PC, to listen to music or log into your favourite apps such as YouTube, Amazon, Netflix, iPlayer, and 4OD while enjoying the well-equipped kitchen which has a Rangemaster oven with induction hob, perfect for creating delicious meals using fresh local ingredients. The fully equipped kitchen also has a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cafetiere
Next to the kitchen is a washer-dryer and then carry on through to the downstairs shower room with a double size shower, WC, and wash hand basin
The back door goes out to a large rear lobby, great for taking off shoes or cleaning the dog after long walks in the surrounding countryside or storing your bikes

Off the dining area is a cosy lounge with beams, a log burner, and comfortable sofas, relax with a book while taking in the scenery, or settle down in front of the 40″ smart TV and sign in to your favourite apps
The whole property has airconditioning throughout keeping the perfect temperature for all seasons or light one of the 2 log burners on those chilly evenings

Carry on upstairs to the 3 spacious bedrooms with amazing countryside views from dual-aspect windows in the master bedroom, which has a king-size bed and plenty of storage in the large wardrobes. There is also a twin bedded room with storage and a baby changing unit and a Double room with a double bed, again with plenty of storage. All beds have freshly laundered hotel-quality linen
Outside, you’ll find a private garden area where you can soak up the tranquility of the countryside and the far-reaching views, perhaps enjoying a morning coffee or alfresco dining on sunny days.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in time is after 4 pm and check-out time is before 10 am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will disrupt my cleaner’s schedule.
Please advise on booking if you are bringing a dog as there is an additional cleaning fee of £20
A travel cot is available but must be requested on booking, there is an additional £15 charge and guests will need to bring their bedding for the cot

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
